Synergy is a grade 8 and 9 in-school program. As such, please be aware that first priority for this program are students from the school catchment. In-take is 28 students yearly.

Important Synergy Application Dates 2026/2027
| Synergy Info Night | Tues, October 13, 2026 | 6pm in the AUD |
| Portfolio due | Thurs, December 17, 2026 | Submit to Churchill Main Office. |
| Synergy Assessment | Wed, January 6, 2027 | 4-5pm in the CAF. No pre-registration required. NO make up assessments if missed. |
| Placement Offers - you will only be contacted if you are offered placement. Please do not call the school regarding your application status. | ||
| First Offers | week of February 17-19, 2027 | Must confirm within 48h by signing the acceptance form and sending a return email. |
| Second Offers | week of February 22-25, 2027 | Must confirm within 24h by signing the acceptance form and sending a return email. |
| Third Offers | February 26, 2027 onwards | Must confirm within 24h by signing the acceptance form and sending a return email. |
